Back to reality
I woke up yesterday morning to the words “Your account has been suspended.” It’s taken about thirty hours to get unsuspended. It seems the spammers have targeted my little, barely read blog domain as a name with which to spoof and send junk emails.
I am really aggravated, and I hope I did took the right actions in cPanel to prevent the spam from getting me suspended again, but all signs are pointing to “Diz, you should stop blogging.”
So, I’m back. In case you missed me.

Glad you’re back. Dealing with spammers is a never ending battle unfortunately.
that sucks. although I have to wonder about the competency of your hosting provider, if they really though that you were sending spam from your domain…
unless of course, somehow spammers are actually sending mail through your site… that would suck.
good thing you’re back though. I hate it when that happens.

@yoshi - Yeah, you’d think they’d see thousands of emails coming from phony addresses and be alarmed. I did some preventative stuff so I hope it’s the end of it.
